„Let’s Talk About Food“ – Eine Kunstausstellung von Tainá Guedes, inspiriert von den 17 Nachhaltigskeitzielen

Was haben unser Ernährung und die Zukunft der Welt gemeinsam? Die Kunstinstallation „Let’s Talk About Food“ der Künstlerin Tainá Guedes lädt Besucher\:innen ein, genau dieser Frage nachzugehen.
Im Herzen von WILMA Shoppen entsteht eine begehbare, abstrakte Waldlandschaft, in der 17 Schatzkisten versteckt sind – jede davon widmet sich einem der 17 Ziele für nachhaltige Entwicklung (Global Goals) und deren Verbindung zur Ernährung.
In dieser poetischen und bildstarken Umgebung begegnet man kleinen Kunstwerken, Statements und Inspirationen, die zum Nachdenken, Diskutieren und Handeln anregen.
Der Eintritt ist frei.

Tainá Guedes ist food-Aktivistin, Künstlerin und Autorin. Sie wurde in São Paulo geboren und absolvierte an der Senac Universität eine Kochausbildung. Bereits während des Studiums gründete sie ein eigenes japanisches Restaurant, später erlernte sie in Japan die traditionelle vegetarische Shojin-Ryori-Küche. Sie gründete 2014 die Entretempo Kitchen Gallery in Berlin, eine Galerie mit integrierter Küche, die sich der Food Art widmete und der gesellschaftlichen Bedeutung von Essen nachspürt Sie ist die Gründerin der food art week*. How is food connected to the future of our planet? The immersive art installation “Let’s Talk About Food” by artist Tainá Guedes invites the public to explore this essential question.
Inside WILMA Shoppen, visitors will step into an abstract forest landscape, where 17 treasure boxes each reveal a small art installation linking food to one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
This poetic, multisensory journey brings attention to the social, environmental, and emotional dimensions of what we eat — and inspires us to take part in shaping a better world.

Tainá Guedes is a food activist, artist, and author.
She was born in São Paulo and completed her culinary training at Senac University. During her studies, she opened her own Japanese restaurant, and later traveled to Japan to study the traditional vegetarian cuisine of Shojin Ryori.
In 2014, she founded the Entretempo Kitchen Gallery in Berlin — a gallery with an integrated kitchen dedicated to food art and the social meaning of food.
She is also the founder of the Food Art Week and the author of the books “Cooking with Bread” (oekom Verlag) and “The Mindful Kitchen”*(Kunstmann Verlag).
